Surrounded by his family, Leo was called home after a lifelong battle with diabetes. His love, spirit and determination will live on in his wife Helen, his daughter Jody and son Bob. He will also be missed by his family and friends in Canada and Europe. A celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at Friends Funeral Service, 2146 Main Street, Winnipeg. Donations to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 1101 - 191 Lombard Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3B 0X1 are greatly appreciated.
