Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRUTH ANNE PEDLAR Surrounded by her loving family, Ruth passed away at the Health Sciences Centre on January 11, 2010 at the age of 51. She is survived by her devoted husband Robert, daughters Kristyn, Ashleigh (Richard), Roberta (Robert), sons Christopher (Sarah Michelle), Jonathan, grandchildren Landon, Harrison, and Willow, mother JoAnne Hirst, father- and mother-in-law Roy and Verna Pedlar, sister Peggy (Brett), brother Douglas (Pam), special nieces and nephews Megan (Matt), Stephanie, Benjamin, Nickolas, and Riley, and her beloved Casey dog. Ruth was predeceased by her caring father Ronald Hirst. Ruth was dedicated to her family and embraced life to the fullest. A soft, caring woman when you first met Ruth you fell in love with an infectious smile that spread happiness and an inviting personality that one could warm up to instantly. She will be greatly missed by all who touched her life especially her dear friends at Sunshine Key, Florida and her Grey Cup gang. Until we meet again, Sociable. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of Ruth's life will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. at the Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd., Winnipeg, MB. The family would like to thank the nurses of the CCU at the Health Sciences Centre for the wonderful compassion and care they showed Ruth and her family. GLEN LAWN FUNERAL HOME 982-7550

JoAnne, Peggy, Doug and families. I am deeply saddened by the loss of Ruth. She was such a beautiful soul. Although I hadn't seen her for many years, I have many fond memories of her and all of your family. We sure had some good times! Thinking of you all in your time of sorrow.
