Mac is survived by wife Shirley, daughter Shauna (John) and son Todd. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice. As per Mac's request, no funeral or memorial service will be held. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Hansons' Arbor Westwood Funeral Chapel 1-800-275-1202.
