Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLEONARD SIWAK June 28, 1925 - January 13, 2010 It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, dad, grandpa and great-grandpa at the Seven Oaks Hospital, with his family by his side. Leonard will be remembered and deeply missed by his wife of 60 years, Helena. He will also be lovingly remembered by his children, Mervin (Diana), Brenda (Larry), Dave, Karen (Gord), Diane (Ron), Terry (Lori), his numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. To honour his wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date in Russell, Manitoba. The family would like to thank the staff at the Seven Oaks General Hospital, as well as the Maples Personal Care Home for their care and compassion in Len's final days.
