KURT HEILMANN It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Kurt Heilmann on January 13, 2010 at the age of 87 years. He was predeceased by his wife Ursula in 2003 and daughter-in-law Kathy Heilmann in 2008. Kurt leaves to mourn sons Peter and Chris, grandchildren Samantha, Christopher (fiancée Yvonne) and Curtis, great-grandchildren Clayton and Danielle, along with his brother and sister-in-law Wolfgang and Vera Biebrach of Cobble Hill, BC. He is also survived by good friends Ilonka and Ken Knutsen, friend Janet Chrest, and his best friend Henry along with his supportive family. Following Dad's wishes, a private viewing will be held and cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kurt's memory to the Winnipeg Humane Society.
