EVELYN MARGARET NORTHAM (nee OERTEL) Evelyn Margaret Northam of Winnipeg, Manitoba, passed away suddenly, but peacefully with her daughters by her side on Friday, January 15, 2010. Left to cherish her memory are daughters, Cheryl O'Reilly (David) and Debra Coleman (Jim); grandchildren Michael, Bradley and David Coleman; numerous brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, and longtime cherished partner, Robert Ferris; also, her special friend, Olga Berg. Mother was predeceased by her sons Rene and Darcy Northam, brother Wayne Oertel, as well as her parents Mary and Albert Oertel. Cremation has taken place. A reception in memory of Evelyn is planned for Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. in the Tache Room at the Norwood Hotel, 112 Marion Street, Winnipeg. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart Stroke Foundation, 6 Donald Street, Suite 200, Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6, or to a charity of one's choice. We miss you already Mom.
