Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEDWARD ZAMBIK September 18, 1939 January 18, 2010 Edward Zambik, aged 70 years, passed away at Miller Crossing Care Centre in Edmonton where he spent his last six years. Ed was predeceased by his wife Mary and parents, Egnace and Paulene. He is survived by three sisters, Mary Luty (Mike), Lily Prokopchuk and Diana Dunford (Wayne); as well as one brother Donnie Zembik (Virginia). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. A special recognition to go to his nephew Brad Zembik for all his love and care towards Ed all these years. Ed worked as a Chief Accountant Western Region for Canadian National Railway for 40 years. He loved sports and joined his wife in playing golf. He also tried his hand at the guitar and violin. We will miss his wit and sarcasm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Anthony's Cemetery, Box 446, Fisher Branch, MB R0C 0X0. Funeral Service will be held at Glen Eden Funeral Home at 4477 Main Street, Winnipeg, 338-7111, on Monday, January 25, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers are Donnie Zembik, Mike Luty, Brad Zembik, Tom Walchuk, Marvin Schurko and Wayne Dunford. Honourary Pallbearer is Barry Trotz. Glen Eden Funeral Home 338-7111
