Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySERGIO BEVILACQUA Peacefully, on January 18, 2010, with his family by his side, Sergio passed away at Riverview Health Centre at the age of 78. He is survived by his wife of 53 years Lidia, son Stefano, wife Joanne their children Anthony, Matthew, Andrew, son Franco, wife Susan and their children Lauren, Thomas, and son Marco. He is also survived by one sister Carmella, many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews in Italy. Sergio was the eldest of seven children, born in Valdagno, Italy. This is where he met and married the love of his life Lidia. They immigrated to Canada in 1957 and have been living in Winnipeg since. Sergio loved the outdoors, gardening, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren. His grandchildren will always remember their Nonno. Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 22, 2010 at Holy Rosary Parish, 510 River Avenue at 11:00 a.m. The family wishes to thank the wonderful staff of 3E at Riverview Health Centre for the tremendous kindness and care shown toward Dad and his family. In lieu of flowers, donations in Sergio's memory may be made to the Riverview Health Centre. Glen Eden Funeral Home 338-7111

My deepest condolences to Lidia, Franco, Stefano and Marco and their families. You have been blessed with a loving, caring and good husband, father, father-in-law and grandfather. To me he is many things and I have many wonderful memories that I will cherish forever. To me he was --- a wonderful neighbor (Always kept an eye open for me and my sons), a true friend, a GOOD man, a man of few words but whose heart spoke loudly.
