STEPHANIE SHKRUMEDA (nee HLADKI) Peacefully at the Victoria General Hospital on Monday, January 18, 2010 Stephanie Shkrumeda passed away at the age of 97 years. She was predeceased by her husband George in January 2000, parents Fred and Antonia Hladki, brother Zanko and sister Olga Hladki. She is survived by her sister-in-law Olga Hladki, niece Sandra, nephew Gordon and their families, and aunt Olga Memrick. Stephanie was born in Winnipeg on November 22, 1912 and married George in 1937. Together they operated a mink ranch for 65 years. Many thanks to the staff of Golden Links Lodge for their kindness and patience. Donations may be made to Golden Links Lodge, 2280 St. Mary's Rd., Winnipeg, MB R2N 3Z6 or the charity of your choice.
