HUBERT STOFFELS November 14, 1928 - January 28, 2010 Hubert passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family. He left us to join his beloved wife Ottilie, who passed away November 2, 2001. Hubert leaves to cherish his memory, three daughters, Gisela (Hans, deceased November 2009), Annemarie (Gunter), Marion (Franz) and a son Hubert Jr. (Louise); his grandchildren, Suzanne (Marty), Julia (Matt), Ingrid, Alexandra (Richard), Tobias (Kerri), Kevin and Mark; his great-grandchildren, Haley, Sarah, Claire, Nico, Quinn, McKenna and Tristan; his two brothers, Peter and Gunter, and a sister Charlotte in Germany. We are all going to miss you so much Dad and Opa. We will always remember your mischievous grin and the twinkle in your blue eyes. Hubert's family would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the kind and caring staff of Bethania Personal Care Home. Funeral services to be held on Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. at the Transcona Funeral Chapel, 1800 Day Street with Rev. Bruce Gelhorn officiating. Interment to follow at the Transcona Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, if friends so wish, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimers Society. If you enter this world knowing you are loved and you leave this world knowing you are loved, then everything that happens in between can be dealt with.
