LETICIA BARRINUEVO LAUREL August 12, 1936 - January 29, 2010 Always With Us Fortunate enough to be by her side during her final days, it is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Letty at her home, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Santa Rosa, Laguna, Philippines and she emigrated to Canada in 1971. She was predeceased by her parents Dionisio and Arsenia, and by her siblings, Narding, Norma, Denny and Otis. She will be dearly missed by her daughter Shine (Rec), grandson Josh, sisters, Zeny (Jun) and Marina (Brian), sisters-in-law, Tuding, Minia and Mila, brother-in-law Carding and best friend Emy. Loving memories will also be affectionately shared, cherished and remembered by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, friends and peers here in Canada and Philippines. We wish to extend our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to all those who provided her with loving care and support especially the staff of St. Boniface Hospital's palliative care unit. Memorial mass will be held on Friday, February 5, at 1:00 p.m., at the Parish of St. Timothy (135 John Forsyth Rd). Interment to follow at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens (455 Lagimodiere Blvd.).
