DORIS ANNE RESKY Doris Anne Resky (nee Taylor) passed away February 2, 2010 following a brief, intense battle with cancer. Doris was predeceased by her husband David Resky. Her memory will be cherished by her mom, Lorna Steeds, sisters Kathy (Neil) Pruden and Bev (Ed) Roziere, nieces Sandra (Gérald) Proulx, Pam (Scott) Negrich, Shawna Jones and nephew Christopher (Alyssa) Jones, great-nieces Danielle and Chloe, and friend Dennie. In recent years Doris enjoyed her work as a health care aide and delighted in her volunteer work at Oak Table with many friends in Osborne Village. A celebration of Doris' life will be held February 6, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Augustine United Church, 444 River Ave. Doris, we know that you are sharing your contagious laugh in heaven at the feet of Jesus, no more sorrow, no more pain. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Oak Table at Augustine.
