JAMES ROBERT MACKENZIE My best friend, husband and soul mate passed away Wednesday, February 3, 2010 surrounded by the love of his family. He leaves behind his wife Myrna, three children: Cathy, James (Gail) and Cindy (Glenn) and our 12 grandchildren: Corey, Kevin, Jennifer, Megan, James, Mark, Aiden, Andie, Justin, Aaron, Kristen and Jessica. He had two little friends, Candy and Honey, who never left his side and they'll miss him. He was a very private man who always put me and his children first and we loved him for that. The happiest time of our lives was at our cottage at Belair and second best, Paradise Village. By his wishes there will be no formal funeral, just a gathering of family. Thank you to CancerCare, our CancerCare drivers and our friends who gave us support. A special Thank You to our Palliative Care Nurse Anne, you helped Bob and I through this phase of our lives with dignity and comfort. If friends so desire, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cancer research. We fought that horrible disease called cancer for many years. Our fight is over. You tried so hard not to leave me. Right to the end you worried more about me than yourself. I won't forget you ever. Love Myrna
