SHIRLEY ANNE MACPHAIL (nee PRITCHARD) Peacefully, surrounded by her family at Brantford General Hospital, on Tuesday, February 9, 2010, formerly of Vancouver, BC, and Winnipeg, MB, in her 81st year. Shirley was an accomplished pianist with the Royal Conservatory of Music. She retired from Bank of Montreal after serving several years as bank manager; she was previously an executive with Great West Life. Beloved wife of 58 years to George; loved mom to Lori Cleverley (Don) of Ayr, David of Scottsdale, AZ, and Bruce of Vancouver; cherished grandma to Megan Cleverley-Bishop (Tim McDougald), Kristin Cleverley (Tim Fricker), Anna Cleverley-Ferguson (Dave), David Cleverley, Kendra MacPhail, Amanda MacPhail, Dustin MacPhail, and the late Mason MacPhail, and great-grandma to Carys and Ryder; dear sister to Gibb Pritchard (Joanne). Predeceased by her parents, Stuart and Annie Pritchard. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 184 Grand River St. N., Paris, on Friday, February 12, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. Donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
