WILLIAM PETERS It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather William (Bill) Peters on February 8, 2010 at the age of 82. Lovingly remembered by his wife, Esther, of 59 years; sons: Richard (Candy), their daughter Carly (Tyler) and grandson Jack; Donald (Loretta), their children Jennifer (Nolan) and Sarah; Gerald (Kathy), their children Travis, Karolyn (Tim) and grandson Colby, Paul; daughters: Cheryl (Doug), their children McKenzie and Joshua; Sandra (Ken), their children Heather (Dan) and granddaughter Grace, Kenna (Warren) and granddaughters Desiree (John) and Michelle. Also survived by numerous brothers and sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Bill was born August 9, 1927 in Kane, MB. He worked as a stucco contractor for 40 years in Winnipeg. He was kind, loving, generous and very devoted to his family and Sherwood Park Church of God. After retirement, he enjoyed traveling with his wife, Esther in their fifth wheel, campouts, bowling, golfing and providing assistance on family home and church projects. His strength, sense of humour and kindness will be forever missed by all who knew him. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or charity of choice. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. at Sherwood Park Church of God, 554 Marsden Street. Chapel Lawn 885-9715
