FREDERICK MICHAEL BILLS He was born July 1, 1947 in Oshkosh, Wisconsin and died February 10, 2010 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. A loving, gentle man who loved his family and gave them space to grow, he always had a firm and caring hand. Mike worked for many years at Knowles Centre and then at Manitoba Adolescent Treatment Centre. His most recent position was as a para-professional at Miles MacDonell. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Christine, his children, Genevieve Wallace (Aldwin), Scott (Mychell), Nicholas, (Amber Allain), grandchildren, Caden and Darien, his sister Constance Erickson (Ramon), many nieces and nephews, and extended family. The family wishes to extend their deepest gratitude to Dr. Minuk and Vicki and all the staff at Health Sciences Centre - Winnipeg and University Hospital London, ON.
