FRANCIS (FRANK) ARNOLD BALL October 15, 1928 February 12, 2010 Peacefully with his children at his side, Frank passed away at the Health Sciences Centre after a short battle with cancer. Frank was predeceased by his wife Lynne; parents Stan and Grace and brother Charles. He will be lovingly missed by his daughter Valerie (Wes) James of Windermere, BC; son Greg (Gale); daughter Diane Richardson and eight grandchildren. Born in Winnipeg, Frank became a Chartered Accountant and was employed by the Manitoba Health Services Commission and then the Worker's Compensation Board. Frank enjoyed golfing at Southwood and curling at Pembina and Wildwood. Retirement allowed time for travelling the world and Frank especially enjoyed cruises. Frank cherished time with his grandchildren and they will miss their loving Grandad. The family wishes to extend their sincere appreciation to the staff of GH3 at the Health Sciences Centre for the excellent care and support Frank received during his final weeks. Respecting Dad's wishes, a cremation has taken place and there will be no formal service.
