ISABEL BALDWINSON (nee SWAIN) September 17, 1921 - February 14, 2010 It is with deep sadness the family of Isabel Baldwinson announces her passing on Sunday, February 14, 2010. Isabel passed away peacefully in her sleep at Beausejour Health Centre at the age of 88. Remaining to forever cherish Isabel's memory are daughters, Diane (Reg) and Rhonda (Dave); numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother Ernest, and numerous nieces and nephews. Isabel was predeceased by her husbands, Valdimar Davis and Herbert B. Baldwinson; parents, Peter and Alice Swain; daughter Shirley; son Marvin; grandson Kenneth; sisters, Mary, Myrna Ann, Harriet and Angela; brothers, Paul, Jack, Peter, Frank and Clarence. Isabel was born in Manigatogan, MB where she grew up. Later when she married she moved to Riverton and spent most of her life there. She loved spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed working with her flowers, cooking and many crafts. We would like to thank the staff at Beausejour Health Centre for Isabel's care. She always spoke of how nice everyone treated her. Many thanks to her special friend Fred who was there for her, made her laugh and enjoy her last year of life. In keeping with Isabel's wishes cremation has taken place. An interment will take place at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made in Isabel's name to the Winnipeg Humane Society or a charity of choice.
