WALTER ZDEBIAK Walter John Zdebiak of Winnipeg, passed away peacefully at the Concordia Hospital on Saturday, February 13, 2010 after a short but courageous battle with cancer at the age of 74 years. He was predeceased by his parents Wincenty and Rose Zdebiak. Left with a lifetime of cherished and loving memories are his wife, Annette (nee Tytgat), son Rodney (Wendy), uncle Tony (Marion) Zdebiak, aunt Jennie (Joe) Nykoliation, sisters-in-law Yyonne (Gilbert) Laberge, Helene (Leo) Pelland, brothers-in-law Albert (Dorothy) Tytgat, Roger (Nicole) Tytgat, and a large and loving circle of relatives and friends. Walter will be fondly remembered by his many friends and colleagues with whom he worked at Wilson Auto Electric between 1956 and 2002. Walter was a loving, loyal and devoted husband, father, friend and colleague who will be remembered for his industriousness, dedication to work and family and his willingness to give freely of his time and energy to helping friends and neighbours. Cremation has taken place. Prayers will be held on Thursday, February 18, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at Green Acres Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 19, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Alphonsus Roman Catholic Church, 341 Munroe Avenue, Winnipeg. Manitoba. Private interment will follow at a later date.
