ROSIE MOAR (VANDALL) Rosie Moar passed away at the St. Boniface Hospital on Monday, February 15, 2010 at the age of 81 years. Rosie was born July 14, 1928 in Libreville, Manitoba. She is predeceased by her husband Rene Moar, parents Philias and Emma Vandall, sons Clarence, Martin and Kenneth, grandson Angus (Lazybones) Lavallee, son-in-law John McDonald and daughter in law Betty Moar. Rosie is survived by her children Tommy, Lowina (Gordon) Moar, Elaine (Fred) Ranville, Diane McDonald, Melvin, Yvette (Sterling) Ranville, Annette, Simone (Doug), Suzanne as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Also surviving are sisters Josephine McKenzie, Mary Jane Morrisseau, Mary Jantti and Olive (Clifford) Sanderson and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Wake service will be held on Thursday, February 18, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the Holy Family Roman Catholic Church in Crane River. Funeral service will be held on Friday, February 19, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Holy Family Roman Catholic Church in Crane River. Interment to follow at the Crane River Cemetery with Father Norberto Monton as celebrant.
