EDWARD KENNETH KOPISKY Suddenly on Friday, February 19, 2010 Ed Kopisky passed away. He was born on February 2, 1953, (Groundhog Day) to Bernice and Albert Kopisky. He is survived by his wife Faith of 33 years; daughter Carrie Foden (Steve) and grandson Andrew; mother-in-law Ludvena Halbert; sister-in-law Heather-Sue Duncan; brother-in-law Bruce Halbert (Judy); brothers Doug and Ted; sisters Vera, Valerie and Sandra and all his nephews and their families. He was predeceased by his father-in-law Thomas Halbert and his parents Bernice and Albert Kopisky. Ed and Faith met while bowling on the same league many years ago, and bowling remained something he enjoyed right to the day before he died. They were married on July 3, 1976 on a beautiful sunny day. He was a wonderful cook and did all the cooking. His grandson Andrew declared that his Grandpa was the best pancake maker ever. Ed's other hobby was the computer. He was a Drywall Taper by trade but a Home Handyman by choice. Thank you to the ambulance paramedics/ firefighters and staff at Health Sciences Centre for all their help and kindness. The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, February 27, 2010 at the Brooklands Senior Centre, William and Oddy.
