Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLEONNE COURCELLES (nee CARRIERE) After a lengthy illness, Léonne passed away peacefully with family at her side on Thursday, February 25, 2010 at Foyer Valade at the age of 89 years. Léonne is lovingly remembered by her children Paulette (Gilbert) Lambert and Claude, grandchildren Natalie, Pascal and Chantal (Mike) Reimer, sisters Evelyne Klassen, Jeannine Carrière and Simone (Andy) Hoglund, brothers Paul (Gaby) and Emile (Pam), sisters-in-law Thérèse Carrière and Céline Carrière, brothers-in-law Gérard Courcelles and Denis Joubert, as well as numerous nieces, nephews family and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Armand, her son Larry Thomas, her parents Charles-Henri and Arline Carrière, brothers Charles, Ernest, Victor and Arthur, sisters Germaine Carrière and Sr. Irène Carrière, frdc, in-laws Marie-Jeanne Courcelles, Joseph Courcelles, Dorothée Joubert, Mélina (Carrière) Côté and Jim Klassen. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of the first and third floor at Foyer Valade for their care and compassion. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, March 1 at the Saint-Viateur Parish in Otterburne, MB at 10:30 a.m. presided by Father Marcel Carrière. Reciting of the rosary and viewing will begin at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery.
