BARBARA MCCULLOCH 1943 - 2010 Peacefully, after a lengthy illness, Barbara passed away at the St. Boniface Hospital on Friday, February 19, 2010 surrounded by family. Barbara was born in Vita, Manitoba on September 17, 1948 to Granny and Thomas Hill. She was the youngest in the family with six brothers and sisters. She was an amazing woman who lived her life the way most people should; that is not worrying about the small stuff. She was a woman who loved to laugh, and could always find a way to bring a smile to anyone's face no matter how bad the situation was. Barb was beautiful not only inside but out and always accepted anyone who needed help into her home. Above all, her greatest love was for her children, Kerri and Kevin and grandchildren, Brandon, Jonathon, Markus and Taran. Those who knew Barb knew that Badger, Manitoba was a special place for her. She sought comfort and peace from the forest and trees, loved nothing more than to boot down the trail on her quad baby or sit around the fire just listening to the stories and endless laughter of family and friends. The trees were Barb's council, she always said no matter what struggles were going on in her life at the time; just being in the forest could take it all away. Badger was and always will be a special place for her and us. We love you Mom, You will be extremely missed.
