WILHELMINA (DOLLIE) KEELEY Quietly at home, in Ottawa, on Friday, February 26, 2010, at the age of 99. Dollie was born in Kenora, Ontario on December 6, 1910. As a small girl, she moved to Winnipeg with her father (a CPR engineer) and her mother. Dollie grew up in Winnipeg's north end where she met and married Frank Keeley. As the family grew, they moved to Riverview. Dollie devoted her life to her family's care and well being, as well as being active at Riverview United Church in Winnipeg and the Eastern Star in Winnipeg and Ottawa. Predeceased by her husband, Dollie is survived by her children, Doug, Fred (Sally), Bob (Glenda), Jim (Meeta) and Bunny. She dearly loved her seven grandchildren - Alison (Darko), Claire (Eran), Bill (Jenn), Marlene (Andrew), Gayle (John), Robin and Erin (Stewart) - and delighted in her three great-grandchildren, Eve, Anya and Liam. Friends and family are invited to visit on Saturday, March 6, 2010 at the Westboro Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 403 Richmond Road, Ottawa from 12:00 noon to the time of service which will be held in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. In the spring, Dollie will finally rest in Winnipeg with her husband, parents and brother.
