MABEL MILDRED KAPUSTIAK June 28, 1924 March 4, 2010 After a lengthy illness Mabel passed away peacefully with her family at her side. Predeceased by her husband Jacob and son Kenneth. She will be sadly missed by her two sons Jerry (Rachelle), Bill and her loving sister Doreen Frobisher. Also, left to cherish Mabel's memory are her grandchildren: Tracy (Trevor) Riopel, Alissa (Robert) Wiens, Jamie Kapustiak, Ashley (Marc) Kapustiak, Justin Kapustiak, Gaylene (Ryan) Savage; great-grandchildren: Emily, Scott, Gabrielle, Kaitlyn, Breanna, Megan, and Sierra. Mabel's greatest pleasures were her family and friends. She valued each and every one as a special relationship. Times spent with her grandchildren were treasured moments. She had a zest for life and compassion for others. She was a rock that many stood on for support during their personal trials. She was a Life Member of the Royal Canadian Legion Ladies Auxiliary, serving in various capacities including President. Funeral Mass will take place 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 252 Dubuc Street, with Father Martin Bradbury officiating. A private family interment of her ashes to follow at Assumption Catholic Cemetery.
