DOROTHY EVELYN COOPER It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dorothy Evelyn Cooper on March 7, 2010. Dorothy passed away with her family by her side at Park Manor Personal Care Home. Predeceased by her parents Minnie and George Smith, brother Alec and father of her children Terry Cooper. Survived by daughter Julie (Kerry) Fleming, sons Kevin (Debbie), Glen (Debbie), grandchildren Denise (Andy), Tina, Kayla, Scott and Michael, great-grandchildren Samantha, Mathew, Iv, and Vv, great-great-grandchild Daniel. Also survived by brother George and family in England and many special friends. Dorothy loved spending time with family and friends. She especially loved spring and summer. She could always be found outdoors soaking up the sun. She loved dancing and music of all kinds. She was a very special lady and will be greatly missed. Born in England in 1940, she immigrated to Canada in 1967. Celebration of Dorothy's life will be held on Friday, March 12, 2010 at 3:30 p.m. at Wheeler Funeral Chapel, 211 Regent Ave. West, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
