LILY KOVEN Peacefully, on March 8, 2010, Lily Koven passed away at the age of 102. Lily will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Rhoda Feldman, her son-in-law Zivey Feldman, her grandchildren Brian and Colleen Feldman, Lisa and Herb Hajer, Karen and Larry Aptekar, Susan Feldman, Alan Feldman, Stacey Graaff, Melissa Koven, Heather and Thatcher Bell, Randal and Linda Craig, Kelly and Arthur Schwartz, and Danny Koven, as well as her great-grandchildren, Corinne, Leslie and Emily Hajer, Clayton and Gabriel Aptekar, Georgia Cook, Shale, Jacqueline and Sabrina Craig, Jordan and Devon Schwartz, Aiden and Alex Graaff and Grace Bell. She was predeceased by her husband Sam Koven and her sons Gerald, Paul and Sorrel. Lily was a joy to her family and friends. Her love of life was contagious to those around her. She was devoted to her family, as we were devoted to her. We were blessed to have her in our lives for so long. Many thanks to those who helped care for Lily in her final years, particularly to Peggy who was always there when needed. Funeral services will be held at Shaarey Zedek Synagogue, 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, March 11th.
