Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJAMES CALVIN STRANGER (CALVIN PRUDEN) March 13, 1957 - March 10, 2010 It is with great sadness, we announce the sudden passing of James Calvin Stranger, on Wednesday, March 10, 2010, at his residence in Garson, Manitoba. Calvin will be sadly missed by his adoring son Cody James Stranger; parents: William and Mayme Pruden; his sisters, Elizabeth (Lawrence), Wilma-lee (Harry), Corrine (Peter) Christine (Lloyd); brothers, Ronald (Debbie) Mark (Christal). He will also be missed by several nieces and nephews, cousins, and his two great-nieces, Kyra and Malia. Calvin was predeceased by his number #1 cousin, Naomi Bird, of less than a month. Calvin grew up in Garson, and eventually moved to Saskatoon where he married Tammy Peters, and together they had a son, Cody James, whom he loved dearly. Although he was divorced, Calvin spent as much time as he could with his son Cody. Calvin had a passion for model cars, and was known for tinkering with his vehicles. At his request, cremation has taken place. A celebration of his life will take place at the Garson Community Hall on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. A private family interment will take place at a later date.
