WILLIAM ANTOINE JEFFERY Bill passed away on Friday, March 12, 2010 at the Riverview Health Centre, at the age of 71 years after a long battle with Cancer. He is now at peace free of pain and sorrow. Remaining to forever cherish Bill's memory are his sisters Millie (Allan) Poschenrieder of Portage la Prairie, Audrey Blais of Winnipeg, Jennie Pearson of Edmonton, AB and brother Jack (Corrine) Jeffery of St. Albert, AB. He was predeceased by his mom and dad Rose and Bill Jeffery and sister Joy Paterson. Bill was born on April 19, 1938 at the Jeffery family farm in the Beautiful Valley District just Northwest of Oakville, Manitoba. In compliance with Bill's wishes, no formal funeral service will be held. Interment will occur at a later date in the Notre Dame Cemetery at Oak Point. Special thanks to all the staff at Seven Oaks CancerCare and Riverview Health Centre, East Wing for the excellent care and kindness. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society Manitoba Division, 193 Sherbrook Street, Winnipeg, MB R3C 2B7 or a charity of your choice.
