Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLYDIA FAROUGH March 3, 1935 - March 12, 2010 Lydia Leda Farough of Kamloops passed away on March 12, 2010. Lydia is survived by her two sons Glen (Johanna), David (Alison), grandchildren Michael (Amanda), Matthew, Jennifer (Mark), Amanda (Cody) and Jackson; great-grandchildren Kiara, Zoey, Noah, Xander and Sabrina; sisters Helen, Cathy, Sonya, and brother Carl. Lydia was predeceased by her husband Lloyd Carl Farough on June 6, 1996. Lydia married Lloyd on November 21, 1959 in Winnipeg and they had two sons. Lydia worked as a radiologist for many years. After retiring they moved to Kamloops to be closer to their grandchildren. Lydia spent many years volunteering at the Overlander Retirement Home and she also loved to play and watch the game of curling. Special thanks to the staff at Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Memorial Hospice Home. Donations may be made in Lydia's name to the Canadian Cancer Society, 111 - 450 Lansdowne St., Kamloops, BC V2C 1Y3.
