ISABEL KASPER (nee CUNNINGHAM) Peacefully, after a lengthy illness, it is with deep regret that we announce the death of Isabel on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at the Charleswood Care Centre at the age of 89 years. Remaining to forever cherish Isabel's memory are her beloved husband of 68 years of marriage, Edward; children, Edward, his children Debbie and Jason, Bob (Marlene) of Calgary, their children Kristi, Lisa and Kaili as well as five great-grandsons; sister, Wilma (John) of Bethlehem, PA and their children. She was predeceased by her parents Margaret and William, and daughter-in-law Geraldine. Isabel was born in Perth, Scotland and came to Canada at 10 years of age. She was a Champion speed skater and active member of the Winnipeg Speed Skating Club. Her greatest joy was welcoming and caring for family and friends. In compliance with Isabel's wishes a private family Graveside Service will take place at a later date in St. James Cemetery. Flowers are gratefully declined. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations in Isabel's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
