CHARLES EDWARD (ED) BELL Peacefully on Saturday, March 20, 2010, Ed passed away at the Ste. Anne Hospital at the age of 77 years. Ed was predeceased by his parents Charles and Lois (Short) Bell, a younger brother Eric and his stepmother Alice Bilodeau. Ed is survived by his wife of 55 years, Suzanne (Hamonic) of Paradise Village, Ste. Anne; sister Margaret (Gordon) Delf, his foster brother Jamie (Elizabeth) Kabernick; children Robin, Maxine (Ruffo) Schindler, Alan, Brian (Barbara), Colleen Davis (Joe), Charlotte (Don) Roe, Bonnie (Neil) Keep, Jeannette (Richard) Lannon, 20 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, plus extended family and numerous friends. We will be celebrating Ed's life and passing at the Sainte Anne Catholic Church on Central Avenue, Ste. Anne, on Friday, March 26, 2010 with a viewing at 11:00 a.m., eulogy at 11:15 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 11:30 a.m. Ed's family would like to thank the wonderful staff and doctors at the Ste. Anne's Hospital for their compassion and tender loving care.
