IMLA ROSE CHAMBERS (MAMA) Imla went to be with the Lord on March 12, 2010 in Winnipeg, MB. Imla was born in St. James, Jamaica on November 21, 1924. She immigrated to Canada in November of 1993, along with two of her daughters and two granddaughters to be with other family members. She is survived by her brothers Carlton Willie (Amy) and Johnny, sisters Dorothy Earle (Gladstone) and Elaine, her four daughters Carmel Chambers, Ann McKinley, Adalyn Collins (Dillon) and Joy Waite (Craig); three sons Austin McKinley (Marian), Winston McKinley (Carey), and Garth Waite (Zoreen); grandchildren, Bivroy, Judith (Felix), Rose-Marie, Charlene, (Rupert), Carlette, Nadine (Emmanuel), Collisia (Oniel), Kevaughn, Dwayne, Shakirra, Janessia, Shawn, Taneisha, Tameka, Janelle, Natalie, Paul, Nicholas, and Kyle; 13 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Imla was predeceased by her parents (Lillian McKinley and Theodore Chambers), three brothers Osmond, Stanley and Teddy, and two sisters Iona and Amenzie. Viewing will be held on Thursday, March 25, 2010 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Faith Temple Church, 968 Notre Dame Ave. Funeral Service will follow on Saturday, March 27, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. also at the church.
