WILFRED MALCOLM WRIGHT February 2, 1927 - March 19, 2010 It is with great sadness our family announces the passing of Wilfred Malcolm Wright, at the age of 83. Wilfred passed away at the Seven Oaks Hospital with family at his side on Friday, March 19, 2010. Wilfred leaves to mourn his wife Verna, sisters Frances Rauch (twin), Eilleen Knight, brother James and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father James Archibald, mother Mary Christina Hallett, brothers John Burns, Robert Calvin and sisters Mable Bauder and Dorothy Rhuebottom. Wilfred was raised in Fisherton, MB. He moved to Winnipeg where he worked for McMahon Flooring until retirement in 1988. He married Verna and lived happily in Winnipeg. They moved back to Fisherton after retirement. Wilfred made many friends throughout his life with his wonderful sense of humour. He always welcomed company and a good game of cribbage or horseshoes. He will be dearly missed by all that knew him. Memorial services will be held by Fisher Funeral Home on Saturday, March 27, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at the Fisher Branch Community Centre.
