BARBARA JEAN HEFFELFINGER (nee BACON) May 7, 1936 - March 18, 2010 Barbara passed away peacefully at Crestview Manor Hospice in Portland, Oregon. She was predeceased by her parents William George and Erma Marguerite Bacon, husband Jack from a previous marriage. She is survived by her loving companion Peter Hillman, sons Jay (Monae), Tot (Shanna, Mandy and Kit) and Fritz Heffelfinger, all of Portland; sister Patti Matthews of Calgary; niece Stephanie Benson (nee Matthews) (Will, Lauren and Abigail) of Baker City, Oregon, nephew Tim Matthews (Kim, Cassie, Caitlyn, Logan and London) of Olds, Alberta, special friends Amy and Aaron Boggs of Portland. Cremation held in Portland and final resting place at Cannon Beach, Oregon, with immediate family members attending. Celebration of Barbara's life to be held at a later date. Anyone wishing to may donate to a charity of choice.
