JUNE CONSTANCE CAPRI June 21, 1931 - March 31, 2010 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend June Capri on March 31, 2010, with her family by her side. Left to cherish her beautiful memory are her loving husband Ernest, sons Craig (Gail), Wayne, grandson Shawn (Rebecca), granddaughters Wendy, Shannon, Jessica, Lauren, great-grandchildren Eve, Ella, Raine, Oliver, sister Audrey (George) Kopachena, brother James (Alison) Peebles, numerous nieces, nephews and friends. June was born in Winnipeg to James and Ada Peebles. She did clerical work at Eatons and Unisys. She loved her family, being happiest when they were together. She loved travelling but her favourite place was the family cottage at Traverse Bay, the card games and her crosswords. She loved gardening and her flowers, was a pro at all kinds of crafts and we'll all miss her fabulous pies and baking. Respecting June's wishes cremation has taken place. A celebration of June's life will be held on Friday, April 9, 2010 at 12:30 p.m. at the Wheeler Funeral Chapel 211 Regent Ave. West. Interment to follow at the St. Vital Cemetery.
