MARK EDWARD WILKINS It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Mark Edward Wilkins (born December 24, 1941) on March 31, 2010. Mark was predeceased by his parents Harry and Dorothy (Attree) Wilkins. He is survived by his partner, Iona Jonasson, daughters Jasmine (Rob) Lark and Chelsea Wilkins, and grandson, Dylan Lark. In his younger days, Mark enjoyed playing in bands. Later his passions were race car driving and rebuilding his beloved 1950 MG TD, Alice . After graduating in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manitoba, his adult life was spent working in the transportation industry, most recently at Motor Coach Industries. For the past six years he enjoyed retirement and consulting on some engineering projects. As per Mark's wishes, cremation has taken place with his ashes to be scattered along the banks of the Seine River at his home near Lorette. Also as per his wishes no funeral service is planned.
