Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANDREW ANTOFICHUK It is with deep sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Andrew Antofichuk with his family by his side, formerly of Winnipeg Beach, at the age of 102, (14 days before his 103rd birthday) on April 4, 2010 at Seven Oaks Hospital. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 65 years, Mary; his daughters Joan (Leslie) Mclntyre, and Marjorie (Barry) Willis; and his grandchildren, who were his pride and joy, Derek (Sherry) Willis, and Erin (Craig) Ouendag. Dad was born April 18, 1907 and farmed all his life at the family farm until mom and dad retired to Winnipeg Beach in 1973. Dad and mom moved to Winnipeg in 2004 to be near their children and grandchildren. His family was the greatest joy to his life, especially when the family would gather for special occasions. Our family is grateful for the longevity he experienced and had seen many changes occur in the last 100 years. The family would like to thank the staff on Unit 4, 5th floor at Seven Oaks Hospital for their care and compassion. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 9, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk, MB. Interment will take place at Holy Rosary Cemetery west on Kernasted Road, Winnipeg Beach. Dad we love you dearly and we will miss you very much. VICHNAYA PAMYAT Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements. www.gilbartfuneralhome.com
