Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGEORGE RONALD STOPPEL George Stoppel passed away with his beloved wife Dorothy at his side on April 11, 2010 in the Concordia Hospital at the age of 88 years. George is survived by his wife Dorothy; sister-in-law Muriel Stoppel and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Christian and Emily Stoppel and brothers Frederick, Christian and Karl. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, April 17, 2010 at Bardal Funeral Home, 843 Sherbrook Street. George's casket will be open for one hour prior to the service. There will be a private family interment in Brookside Cemetery at a later date.
