DAVID CHARLES ORMISTON October 5, 1930 - April 11, 2010 There are things we don't want to happen but have to accept, things we don't want to know but have to learn, and people we can't live without but have to let go. On Sunday, April 11, 2010, surrounded by the love of his family, Dave Ormiston, proud owner of ORMISTONS florist, left us to celebrate the wonderful life he shared with us. Missing him greatly are those who loved him: June, his wife, friend and partner of over 51 years; his daughters, sons-in-law and grandchildren: Dawn, Paul, Paddy and Zoe; April, Dave, Mike, Jeff and Andy; Sharon and Randal; Denise, Ken, Peter, Jenny and Isabelle; Dave will also be missed by his brother Jim and his family and the family of his brother Bob. Lady is lonely in their chair without him. Following Dave's wishes, there will be no formal funeral service. A celebration of Dave's life of love, family humour and wine will take place by family and friends on Thursday, April 15, 2010.
