Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROGER LAURENCELLE August 17, 1960 - April 18, 2010 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Roger Laurencelle with the love of his family and friends by his side. After a short and courageous battle with cancer, Roger passed away peacefully on April 18, 2010 at the Victoria Hospital. He will be sadly missed by the love of his life of 27 years, Louise and his daughters Jennifer (Brent) and Britny as well as his precious grandson Blaze. He also leaves behind his parents, Irenée and Lorraine Laurencelle, his sisters Denise (Gil) and Nikki (Moe), mother and father-in-law Henri and Donalda Morin as well as his brothers and sisters-in-law, Ron (Jackie), Guy (Linda), Luc (Joanne), Mona (Pat), Gilles (Carole) along with several nephews and nieces, relatives and God children Brett Legault and Nicholas Leclerc. Roger also leaves to mourn his special friends Roger and Diane Aubin. He was predeceased by his grandparents and baby sister Marie-Ange. Roger was born in Winnipeg but lived most of his life in St. Adolphe where he met Louise. He worked as a welder with his dad until he developed MS at a young age. Roger enjoyed playing baseball and bowling as well as hanging out with his friends at the St. Adolphe Park. Roger spent many years devoting his time to the MS society where he found support and comfort. He also worked closely with the Metis Federation. We are grateful to all those who comforted and stood by him in his battle with MS and cancer. It was a true honour and privilege to know and love him.
