Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDUNCAN ALEXANDER MCDONALD On Wednesday, April 28, 2010 Duncan, of Parkview Place, passed away peacefully in his sleep. He was predeceased by his father Kenneth McDonald and his mother Margaret Helen McDonald. Duncan had a sister Helen Mabel Bennett of Kitchener, ON with whom he had lost contact. Duncan was born November 6, 1929 and lived in Winnipeg and Winkler, MB. He spent some time in the military shortly after the Second World War and was stationed in Vancouver, BC. While in Vancouver he married and had three children, two girls and a boy. The marriage dissolved and the children became wards of the Children's Aid Society. Duncan was a good man who experienced deep losses and sadness in his life. Now he can be at peace in the love of the Lord. Many thanks to the staff and nurses at Parkview Place for their care and compassion. A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 3, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at Brookside Cemetery with Reverend Canon Henry Falconer officiating.
