FRED A. MARTENS February 1, 1942 - April 25, 2010 Suddenly on April 25, 2010 Fred Martens of Stonewall, MB passed away at the age of 68 years. Fred is lovingly remembered by his son Darrin; daughter Shari; and their mother Janice; grandchildren Dylan, Dallas, Riley, Megan; sister Barbara Shave. He was predeceased by his parents Peter and Ann. Fred was the best father and friend anyone could ask for, he was always there to lend a hand or his support. His job at Western Supplies, co-workers and customers were all very important to him. In his spare time he enjoyed traveling and he lived to get out on the golf course to play a round. In accordance with Fred's wishes no formal service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba. MacKenzie Funeral Home, Stonewall in care of arrangements.
