SKYE ECHO MCAULEY Baby Doll May 16, 1995 May 1, 2010 Sadly on May 1, 2010 Skye passed away at the tender age of 14. She will be terribly missed by her mother Elaine McAuley, family and many friends and the whole community of Snow Lake, MB. She was adored by many for her humour, helping others, babysitting and waitressing skills, her charismatic zest for fun with friends, and her beautiful smile. She was predeceased by her cousin Luke Phillips. Left to mourn: mother Elaine McAuley, Papa Murray, and Grandma Norma McAuley, Auntie Valerie McAuley and Uncle Lee Thomas, Uncle Glen and Cara McAuley, Auntie Lynn McAuley Burdett, cousins James Burdett, Kaylee Phillips, Shaylyn, Brandon, and Jessica McAuley. Extended family: Ken Galbraith, who was like a father to her, Uncle Blake Burdett, The Gary , Godparents Rosa Maria and Mark Santos (Melissa), and God brother Jordie Dawson. Baby Doll walks hand in hand with her cousin Luke in heaven now. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Resource Assistance for Youth (R.A.Y.). Elaine would like to thank her friends and the community of Snow Lake for the support and strength during this difficult and sad time. The funeral will be at the Community Hall in Snow Lake on Friday, May 7 at 11:30 a.m. with lunch to follow.
