DAVID DEGROOT In loving memory of David John DeGroot who tragically and unexpectedly passed away on May 6, 2010. David was born on April 9, 1970 in Trenton, ON, and raised in Thompson, MB. He attended the University of Manitoba and since then has dedicated an enormous amount of time to the students and communities of Gillam and Roblin. His incredible energy and spirit has touched many people, and the family asks that you keep him alive in your heart! Visitation will be held Monday evening, May 10 from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Nairn Chyz Funeral Home in Roblin, MB. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, May 11 at 4:00 p.m. from the Roblin Community Centre in Roblin. Memorial gifts in memory of David may be given to the David DeGroot Memorial Fund, care of Roblin Credit Union, Box 1023, Roblin, MB R0L 1P0.
