LAURA BEATRICE (BEA) BELL (nee CLUBINE) 1919 - 2010 With heartfelt sadness the family wishes to announce that Bea Bell passed away peacefully at Oakview Place, Winnipeg, on May 8, 2010 at the age of 91. She was born January 11, 1919 to J. Les and Mary Clubine of Morden. She married Charlie Bell of Miami, MB in 1945 and they moved to Winnipeg, raising three children. Mom was a founding member of the Winnipeg Teachers Wives Association and was an active member until recent years, raising Scholarship money for deserving students going into the field of Education. Through this organization she made many lasting friendships. Mom valued her family above everything else. She enjoyed her trips to the farm and watching her grandchildren and great-grandchildren grow up. She will be greatly missed by her children, Ron Bell, Joan (Wayne) Carson and Jim Bell, her grandchildren, Brad (Jody) Carson, Neil (Denise) Carson, Keith (Jenn) Carson, and Tracy (Cam) Page, her great-grandchildren, Cheyenne, Austin, Cody, Carly-Jo, Chloe, Carter, and Kaleb, her sister, Olive Enns, sister-in-law, Marion (Bill) Goodwin and brother-in-law, Rowland Del Bigio as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Charlie, her parents, brother, Harold, sisters, Belle and Leslie, several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law and one niece. A family graveside service will be held in Morden (today) Wednesday at Hillside Cemetery. We would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of Oakview Place for making mother comfortable during the last few months.
