MIKE CAPUSKA After a courageous battle with cancer, Mike Capuska passed away on Saturday, May 8, 2010 at St. Boniface Hospital Palliative Care. Mike is survived by his wife Eveline; children, Michael, Miles, Kelly and Karen Capuska/Wilwand; brothers and sisters, Laddie of Winnipeg Beach, Rudy of Teulon, Clifford (Theresa) of Komarno, Thelma of Gunn, AB and Nelson (Maureen) of Winnipeg; brothers and sisters-in-law, George, Lenore (Bruce) and Oliver (Shirley); numerous nieces and nephews and good friends, Darryl and Nicole Nagan, Donna Thiessen and Norm Kipling, George and Nancy Kveton. He was predeceased by his parents, Ludwig and Margaret Capuska; sister Helen Fleury; sisters-in-law, Patricia and Marjorie. Mike was born March 1, 1941 in Teulon and attended school there. During his working years he drove truck from Winnipeg to Ontario. In his spare time he loved to cook. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 15 at 11:00 a.m. at Windsor Cemetery, Teulon, MB. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society. MacKenzie Funeral Home, Teulon in care of arrangements.
