WINCENTY GULCZEWSKI It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Wincenty Gulczewski, our beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather on Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at the Seven Oaks Hospital. Left to cherish Winc's memory is his son Bohdan (Margaret, Vicki, Ashton), loving wife Jadwiga and daughter Hanna (George, Janel, Tessa). He was predeceased by his first wife Zofia and his grandson Justin. Winc was a kind, generous and thoughtful man, who was devoted to his family and was always there to lend a helping hand. A private family Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated in the Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church, 341 Selkirk Avenue with Oblate Father, presiding. Interment will be held in the Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Cemetery, 4387 Main Street. The family would like to give special thanks and extend their sincere appreciation to the Doctors and Nurses at the Seven Oaks Intensive Care Unit and also Unit 1 staff on the 5th Floor. In lieu of flowers, donations in Winc's memory may be made to the Manitoba Heart and Stroke Foundation, 6 Donald St., Suite 200, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3L 0K6 or a charity of one's choice.
