SHAWN PAUL PIDLUZNY 1970 - 2010 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Shawn Pidluzny at age 40 in Winnipeg, MB. Shawn is survived by his mother Terri Mercier and sister Shannon Boesch (Wayne) of Winnipeg, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Shawn is also survived by his family and friends both in Thunder Bay and Winnipeg, and by his father Paul Pidluzny. Predeceased by grandparents Paul and Nellie Pidluzny, George and Francis Mercier and his Chocha Florence Pidluzny. Shawn will be remembered most for his dry and witty sense of humour, his love of music both listening and collecting, fishing and shooting pool. Recently Shawn was most proud of his home and all the renovations that he was doing with the help of friends. Shawn's house was a place that you could drop in for a visit and always feel Welcome. Cremation has taken place. Funeral services for the late Shawn Pidluzny will be held on Friday, May 21, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. in the EVEREST FUNERAL CHAPEL, 299 Waverley St. at Algoma with Father Richard Kowalchuk of Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Church officiating. Final interment will take place in Mountain View Cemetery. Should friends so desire, donations to the Canadian Epilepsy Association or a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
