Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDOUGLAS MITZOK 1935 - 2010 It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Doug at the Concordia Hospital on May 15, 2010 with his family at his side after a lengthy battle with ongoing health issues. Doug leaves his loving wife of 51 years Betty, his four children: Lenore (Bruce), Blair (Liz), Kelli and Tara; grandchildren: Tristan, Jenna, Jeremy, Kelsey, and Braeydn. He was predeceased by his father and mother John and Katherine Mitzok; sisters Eileen, Barbara, Joyce, Doreen; brother Arthur. In compliance with Doug's wishes cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 937 Gateway Ave. on Friday, May 21 at 7:00 pm. Flowers are gratefully declined.
